A junmai made with Kairyo Omachi rice from Shimane prefecture. Expect a sake that tickles your palate with the same playfulness of a cat (“nyan nyan” is the Japanese “meow meow”). For every sold cup, 150¥ will be donated to Animal Rescue Dream Road, an animal rights organisation active in Izumo. The label has been designed by Yoshito, a kamishibai artist (“paper drama”, a type of street performance in which a narrator tells a story while showing images).

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon
OUR TASTING NOTES: Rich aromas of cereals with some sweet floral notes. On the palate, well rounded and earthy notes of banana bread, honey and sweet spices, followed by balanced acidity and rich umami.
FOOD PAIRING: Salmon burger; prawn tacos; takoyaki.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC), at room temperature, or warmed up (40-45 ºC)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
