A sweet umeshu from Kagatsuru with a lighter ABV, made with local sake from Kanazawa, and with the pulp of plums from Ishikawa. Perfectly balanced between the plums’ refreshing aroma and tartness, and the umami of the sake.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC), with ice, at room temperature or as a base for cocktails. 

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
