Through their renowned principles of producing sake with a rich flavour profile similar to French white wine, Kuheiji offers this refreshing junmai daiginjo, aptly named Eau de Desir (The Water of Desire) for its lively, alluring palate. Brewed with the finest Yamadanishiki rice, home-grown by Kuheiji themselves in Hyogo Prefecture to ensure the best quality control in ingredients, polished to an exquisite 50%, Kuheiji opts to slowly mature and ripen the rich peach and melon notes that open up the nose of this junmai daiginjo, offering a sweet, velvety body elevated by hints of citrus, rose petals and cumin spice.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
