A light and delicate umeshu made with plums carefully hand picked by the brewers in the Aumont’s own orchard. The base sake used to make this umeshu is Karen Silk, which gives a more subtle sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste.

TYPE: Plum sake (umeshu)

COLOUR: Clear light amber

OUR TASTING NOTES: Elegant aroma of amaretti biscuits and a touch of umeboshi. Light and delicately sweet umeshu with nectarine and underlying sake and lemon notes, completed with a tart and black tea finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
