This clean and dry sake is made with rice from the Reihoku region in Kochi prefecture. Its restrained but pleasant aroma and the crisp flavour make it a highly versatile sake to enjoy on its own or with food.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Subtle nose of grapefruits, green melon and rice flour. This sake combines a clean minerality with a delicate umami, and has a dry refreshing finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Horse mackerel tataki; smoked mackerel; roasted aubergine; smoked cheese. The brewers recommend pairing it with fish recipes, such as sashimi and simmered dishes.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (4-8 ºC or 8-12 ºC), or at room temperature.
