KEIRYU KOURINGOSAN Junmai Ginjo is a new type of sake created from rice and rice malt using the newly developed Nagano R yeast. Low in alcohol and easy to drink, it has a fruit-like flavor, a hint of sweetness, and moderate acidity that enhances the taste of food. The aroma is enhanced when served in a wine glass, and it can be enjoyed on its own as well as with food.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Gentle notes of fresh apple, pear with buttery and milky aromas with a mild umami character. On the palate soft & creamy texture of green tropical fruit, freshly cut apples and a subtle milky & umami tone to accompany a prolonged finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 º C)

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
