KEIRYU SYRIKALTER Junmai Daiginjo is Endo Brewery's new sake. It is an aromatic and fruity style of Junmai Daiginjo, and is suitable for sake beginner or casual drinks. Pairing with cheese, cured salmon sushi or light dishes is good.

OUR TASTING NOTES: aromas of strawberry, a hint of lychee, mildly sweet with light and soft notes of liquorice and anise coming forward on the palate with an extra layer of sweetness compare to a dry Junmai Daiginjo but without reaching "off-dry" levels. Composed elegance, with a smooth light finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 º C)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight(refrigeration recommended)

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
