Kikunotsukasa Shinboshi
This smooth junmai ginjo, slowly brewed at low temperatures, is made with Ginotome rice from Iwate prefecture combined with a blend of yeasts. The distinct aroma of melon and strawberries becomes an even fresher and fruitier taste upon first sip.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Juicy strawberry, melon, pineapple, sage, creme fraiche characters with light and refreshing dryness on the palate and a leafy finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Fresh tofu salad with myoga; grilled aubergine marinated in ginger and soy sauce (nasu no nibitashi); Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings); gazpacho.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)
