A pink sparkling sake made with red yeast and a second bottle fermentation, like that of Champagne. A perfectly enjoyable sweet-and-sour drink, combining the sweetness of rice koji and the acidity of the distinctive red yeast. The lower ABV (10%) and the natural occurring bubbles allow you to appreciate the juiciness of the sake even more.
