KUSUGIKU Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjo
A junmai ginjo pasteurised only once before being stored for few months (namazume), traditionally ready in autumn. It has an intense, complex aroma of mushroom and pumpkin, a thick texture, and a mildly sweet flavour complemented by a mellow acidity given by the maturation period.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Umamiful and woody nose with fresh mushrooms, white truffle, oven-baked pumpkin, rosemary and hints of white chocolate. Same notes on the palate with pumpkin spice latte and hints of caramel and soy sauce.
FOOD PAIRING: The brewers recommend pairing it with sauteed meat and teriyaki chicken. Try it also with herb roasted chicken or sweet potato fries.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve at room temperature or warmed up (35-45ºC)
