This honjozo features a dynamic taste profile with aromas of steamed rice, maple syrup and nougat, and a flavour with savoury and sweet notes. 

TYPE: Honjozo sake

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon green

OUR TASTING NOTES: Intense aromas of steamed rice, cheddar, maple bacon, juniper berries and a touch of nougat. On the palate, interesting combination of savoury, sweet, and medicinal flavours, with biltong, creme caramel, and aromatic bitters. The rich taste is followed by a clean finish.
 
FOOD PAIRING: Bibimbap; chicken and waffles; garikku raisu (Japanese style garlic rice). 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12ºC), at room temperature, or warmed up (35-45ºC) 

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
