The Ethical Spirits & Co.’s first sake lees-based gin, distilled in the London Dry Gin-style. This gin reveals the features of a spirit made from sake lees, created and distilled at Chiyomusubi Sake brewery, Tottori prefecture.
An inviting scent of woody spice, ginger, citrus and juniper berries. The flavour is dry and light-bodied, presenting a subtle complexity. Experience fresh notes of firm ginger combined with the delicate taste of juniper berries.

Delivery
We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
