Size

A rare example of an extra dry junmai sake, with a SMV higher than +15. Beyond its dryness, discover a refreshing taste derived from the rice’s softness, making it a perfect pairing for any type of food.

TYPE: Junmai sake

COLOUR: Clear water white

OUR TASTING NOTES: Rich nose of banana cake and a hint of soy sauce. On the palate, smooth and classic karakuchi (dry) junmai with full umami flavour and a balanced finish. Warming it up brings out interesting nutty and umami notes, with a touch of burnt caramel.

FOOD PAIRING: Ika no shiokara (fermented squid); anchovies; barbecue meat and vegetables.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC), at room temperature, warmed up (45-50 ºC), or hot (50-55 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
