Manotsuru Maho (Gold Medal Sake)

Manotsuru Maho (Gold Medal Sake)
The current head brewer was named Maho after the legendary veteran brewer Matsui Maho, who was active in the Echigo region. As the name suggests (“endless ears of rice”), this sake offers a majestic taste that reminds of a golden rice field in the sun. Its aroma, the initial taste is elegant, mild, and racy, and it has a lingering aftertaste.
