A sake that follows the steps of Mizubasho Pure. A delicate sparkling drink with an elegant dry character. Best served in a champagne flute!

TYPE: Sparkling sake

COLOUR: Gently cloudy pale lemon with light lee sediments

OUR TASTING NOTES: Soft aromas of pineapple, passion fruits, quince, white pepper and nutmeg, with notes of yoghurt and rice porridge. Creamy yet tongue tickling texture with balanced acidity and a dry finish with minerality and sweet spices.

FOOD PAIRING: Tempura; prawn tacos; barbecued vegetables and meats.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Open the bottle to let the gas out, then close it again and gently turn it upside down a couple of times until the sediments are mixed evenly. Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC).

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
