This sparkling sake was the result of 10 years of relentless experimentation, and it combines traditional sake-making techniques with a secondary bottle fermentation process. Its fruity aroma and flavour, together with its silky foam, softly pair well with any type of food. Top chefs around the world have said they have never tasted anything like this before!

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate mousse with consistent bubbles. Gentle aromas of pear drop, cotton candy, grapefruit skin. It tastes of banana, coconut water, and nashi pear and has a slightly zesty clean finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Burrata cheese salad; yuba (tofu skin) sashimi; cucumber sandwiches; Thai papaya salad; Eton mess; pavlova.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
