A sake with a surprisingly complex flavour in which umami and acidity work together in perfect harmony. The aroma spreads throughout the palate from the first sip. A structured sake with a round mouthful.

TYPE:  Junmai ginjo sake

COLOUR: Clear water white

OUR TASTING NOTES: Juicy aromas of pineapple and nashi pear. A gentle acidity is balanced by the viscosity of the mouthful. Pleasant astringency and savoury on the finish with rich texture.

FOOD PAIRING: Spaghetti alla carbonara; vegetable kakiage tempura; potato gratin. The brewers recommend pairing it with recipes that use fatty meat.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
