Part of Hachinohe's line-up since they created the Mutsu Hassen brand, this sake has been a best-seller for many years. It has a perfectly balanced flavour that pairs well with all types of food.

TYPE: Tokubetsu junmai sake

COLOUR: Clear water white

OUR TASTING NOTES: Gentle nose of lychee, creamy green apple, melon sorbet. It has a refreshing acidity on the palate with a cleansing finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Sea bream sashimi; cheese & charcuterie board; bruschetta.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 Cº) or at room temperature

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
