A nigori (“cloudy” sake) that features a nostalgic taste and delicate sweetness. 

TYPE: Nigori sake

COLOUR: Cloudy off-white

OUR TASTING NOTES: Greek yoghurt, young melon, soursop, coconut water. On the palate, creamy mouthfeel, lychee juice, rice flour,  savoury finish with salted and roasted nori seaweeds notes.

FOOD PAIRING: The brewers recommend pairing it with marinated grilled meat (yakiniku).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Slowly turn the bottle upside down a few times until the sediments are mixed evenly. It can be enjoyed at room temperature, chilled, or with ice.

STORAGE: Slowly turn the bottle upside down a few times until the sediments are mixed evenly. Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
