It took the brewers 18 years of experiments and research to find the perfect recipe for this truly unique sparkling sake, which blurs the lines between “Japanese” and “Western” drink. The taste is crisply dry, and the second bottle fermentation gives it tiny, pleasantly ticklish bubbles. This unique sake is the perfect drink for a special occasion and makes a great gift.

COLOUR: Pale lemon green
OUR TASTING NOTES: Consistent delicate mousse. On the nose, ripe red gala apple, pear compote, mochi flour, marzipan, brioche, and a hint of nutmeg. It has a rich mouth-coating texture with cleansing acidity and dry and clean finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Smoked mackerel; chicken liver pate; yakitori (chicken skewers); honey glazed pork; kohlrabi salad.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ℃)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
