A junmai sake brewed with soft water and rice that has been polished down to a ginjo level. A gentle, fruity aroma compliments the soft and crisp flavour of rice umami. A versatile sake that can be enjoyed at different temperatures and pairs well with most meals. It is also served in ANA (a Japanese airline) first and business class!

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate aromas of green apple, kiwi fruits and yoghurt. Smooth and creamy banana and elderflower characters with balanced acidity, rice flour and hazelnuts, followed by a spicy finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Garlic prawns; agedashi aubergine; bulgur wheat salad.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)
