One of the two very small batches by Raifuku, made in the Kijoshu way, substituting part of the water in the fermentation process with already made sake, giving an extra layer of sweetness and a creamier structure. Additionally this beautiful sweet sake is made by using yeast extracted from Azalea flowers giving it an elegant and floral character.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Sweet aromas of caramel, white flowers and a buttery and umami underlying character. On the palate, rich and smooth texture with honey and biscuity notes meeting a floral and

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8 - 12º C)

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
