A crisp junmai ginjo with a pronounced dryness made only with Yamadanishiki rice. The aroma is pure and floral, while the taste presents a refreshing acidity and a developing richness, with a pleasantly lingering finish.

TYPE: Junmai ginjo sake

COLOUR: Pale lemon

OUR TASTING NOTES: Subtle nose of white flower, dairy, green bamboo. It has a dense and rich mouthfeel with minerality and dryness. Long pungent finish with sweet spices and a touch of wet grass.

FOOD PAIRING: Grilled seabass with sansho pepper; baba ganoush; chargrilled chicken with avocado. The brewers recommend pairing it with sushi and sashimi.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
