A dry sake, with a light yet distinctive ginjo aroma, a nicely medium-bodied character, and a sharp finish. The name “sawanohana” refers to the beautiful iris flowers that grow in Saku, where the brewery is based.

TYPE: Junmai ginjo sake

COLOUR: Clear water white

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate nose of peach and mint. Dry sake with gentle citrus fruity and herbal notes, and a cleansing finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Squid or amaebi sashimi; feta or halloumi cheese; charcuterie board.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
