The Sparkling bottle from Mifuku’s Shippo (“tails”) series.
This light sparkling sake has a delicately sweet and fruity flavour which makes it incredibly easy-drinking. The refreshing bubbles come from a second bottle fermentation.

COLOUR: Hazy with light lees
OUR TASTING NOTES: Brioche, apple puree, pear juice and nectarines on the nose.
Delicate mouth coating bubbles that linger in the aftertaste, with a subtle sweetness balanced by a juicy acidity with mandarin notes.
FOOD PAIRING: Bagel with cream cheese and salmon; apple turnover; fruit kanten (vegetarian jellies). The brewers recommend pairing it with crackers and cheese dips.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve it well chilled (4-8ºC). Perfect as an aperitif.
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
