Made by using 60% polished rice and later straining the mash, creating a strong aroma and smooth flavour. Sasanigorizake is named as such to indicate a much thinner cloudiness. It is best served very cold to accentuate its distinctive flavour and smoothness. This can be recommended to those not usually fond of nigorizake.

TYPE: Nigorizake

FOOD PAIRING: Sashimi, grilled fish (especially grilled river fish such as sweetfish), yakitori, and Chinese cuisine in general.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (around 10℃）

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
