Suigei Liqueur Kaju Yuzu

Kochi prefecture is one of Japan's largest producers of citrus fruits, including the country's best yuzu. This bottle is made of the juice of three of these fruits (yuzu, konatsu, naoshichi), which is mixed with Suigei Brewing own sake. It offers a fresh aroma and an exquisite sweet-and-sour citrus flavour that explodes on the palate… a perfect blend of fruit juice and sake flavour!

OUR TASTING NOTES: Bright and pronounced citrus aromas. It has a tangy acidity typical of rich lemon and yuzu flavours, with grapefruits skin on the finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy as a palate cleanser, with fried calamari or karaage (fried chicken).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC), with ice, with soda water or sparkling sake
