A junmai with a subtle aroma and the acidity typical of Suigei sake, in which the rice umami is followed by a nice aftertaste.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Delicate nose of citrus fruits and melon. It has a clean and light intensity with refreshing flavours of cantaloupe melon, aniseed and cucumber, followed by a cleansing dry finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Sashimi platter; Greek salad; smoked salmon.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC)
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.
For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).
Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
