This is a sake that appeals to a wide audience, offering both approachability and complexity. It balances the qualities of both the fresh, invigorating character of new sake and the soothing depth of aged sake. 

It offers a gentle aroma reminiscent of fresh sake and a vibrant palate of youthful citrusy acidity and aromas alongside deep, lingering umami from the rice koji. The sharpness of the Gohyakumangoku rice becomes more pronounced with each sip, enhancing the overall drinking experience.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
