One of the special releases from the Hitokiwa series that can only be produced in small batches and is distributed by an extremely limited number of retailers, even in Japan! This is a tokubetsu junmai brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice that has a perfectly balanced flavour, a mellow aroma, and a sophisticated sweetness.  

TYPE: Tokubetsu junmai sake

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon green

OUR TASTING NOTES: Sweet nose of wild strawberries and dried cranberries. Fruity flavours blossom on the palate, accompanied with savoury and slight nutty characters, and followed by a clean finish. 

FOOD PAIRING: Honey roast duck; Japanese caprese (strawberries, mozzarella, and basil salad with balsamic vinegar); salmon teriyaki.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC)

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a tracked service. They will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
