A sparkling junmai whose fizziness comes from the second bottle fermentation. The combination of a fresh aroma, a gentle sweetness together with a crisp acidity on the palate, and of the minute bubbles allows this sake to be easily enjoyed either before or during a meal.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Subtle aromas of salty caramel, honey and vanilla cream. It has creamy mousse texture with flavours of lychee, mochi flour, buttermilk and a peppery dry finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Canapes; sunomono dishes.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Open the bottle to let the gas out, then close it again and gently turn it upside down a couple of times until the sediments are mixed evenly. Serve as an aperitif well chilled (4-8ºC).
