A delicious umeshu in which the addition of plum paste to sake and rice shochu gives extra texture. The base sake is brewed with the ancient bodaimoto technique to make the fermentation starter, which gives unique sweetness and peach-like depth.

The design for this exclusive series is based on Hanafuda, traditional Japanese playing cards depicting seasonal flowers and animals. This label features plum tree flowers, symbol of the second month of the lunar year.


TYPE: Plum sake (umeshu)

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Slowly turn the bottle upside down a few times until the pulp sediments are mixed evenly. Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC) or with ice.

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

We currently ship only within the UK.

For UK delivery, it will usually take up to 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to your address after receiving the order confirmation (It will take up to 3 - 17 working days to be delivered to Isle of Man and Jersey).

Orders will be shipped via DHL with a tracked service. DHL will send a notification email once there are updates with your order.
