Yukyu no Ume Shizuku Ginsen Umeshu

Yukyu no Ume Shizuku Ginsen Umeshu
A rare umeshu made by infusing the highest quality Nanko plums from Wakayama prefecture into Yamabuki, a 10-year aged sake (koshu). The light brown sugar (kibi) adds a warm sweetness and the aged sake a mellow depth, while the plums balance the flavour with a refreshing tartness.
