GOLD MEDAL "Kura Master" 2024

Yume Junmai Ginjo is a sake that truly embodies the expression "good sake flows like water." An effortlessly smooth sake that melts into your body as effortlessly as a flowing stream. Crafted exclusively from high-quality sake rice, polished down to the level of Junmai Daiginjo at 50%, and meticulously brewed through a careful, low-temperature, long-term fermentation process, this is a creation our brewers are proud of.

Experience the gentle and elegant ginjo aroma as it sweeps through your senses, complemented by a subtle sweetness and a refreshing hint of acidity from the rice that fills your palate. This Junmai Ginjo offers a serene and luxurious tasting experience, perfectly balancing the natural flavours of the rice with a sophisticated, refined finish.
