The spring bottle from the Hagi no Tsuru Cat Series. A delicately sweet sake whose refreshing taste will make you want to stay outside all day enjoying the blooming flowers while sipping it!

TYPE: Junmai ginjo unfiltered (muroka) unpasteurised (nama) undiluted sake (genshu)

COLOUR: Hazy with light lees and tiny bubbles

OUR TASTING NOTES: On the nose, cereals, pink grapefruit, guava, coconut and fresh pineapple. Lightly effervescent sake with creamy riceness and an initial sweetness of tropical fruit mochi ice cream which is balanced by a pronounced acidity and a dry, white pepper spiciness.

FOOD PAIRING: Pad thai; fish cakes; kaki age (fried vegetables).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8ºC)
