The addition of brewing alcohol in the early stages of the production process regulates the presence of alcohol and sugar in the sake, which turns this bottle into a nicely sweet drink.

OUR TASTING NOTES: Unique nose of fruits vinegar. On the palate, it has a rich sweetness of blueberries jam, with a silky and mouthful viscosity.
FOOD PAIRING: Tiramisu; brownies; gapao/phat kaphrao rice (stir fried meat with Thai holy basil).
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve well chilled (4-8 ºC) with a cube of ice. We also recommend using it with experimental cocktails.
STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
