A dry sake perfect for those who prefer intense flavours, which are highlighted by its high ABV (19%).

TYPE: Daiginjo undiluted sake (genshu)

COLOUR: Clear pale lemon green

OUR TASTING NOTES: Powerful characters of braised melon, rose, soy sauce and cereal at the beginning, followed by firm and drying finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Goma-ae spinach (dressed with sesame-based sauce); pasta with wild boar ragù; sardines.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy well chilled (4-8 ºC), with ice, or with a splash of sparkling water. The brewers also recommend serving it as highballs, mixing 5 parts of sake with 4 parts of soda.

STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
