A summer-only honjozo sake. The concept is "a sake that does not lose its flavor even when mixed with ice, and is made exclusively for on-the-rocks." At 17% alcohol by volume, it has a slightly higher alcohol content, a rich, aromatic, mellow flavor, and a cool, refreshing taste that can be imagined from its appearance.
