All of the "Yamadanishiki" rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, which is considered the highest grade of rice suitable for sake brewing, is used. This Junmai Daiginjo-shu is made by polishing the rice to 45%. It is characterized by a full-bodied ginjo aroma reminiscent of bananas and a rich rice flavor that spreads with each sip.
